Jewellery Customers are increasingly keen to purchase ethical, sustainable and compassionate pieces. Yet, for many small jewellers, taking the steps to ensure they have the right policies and procedures in place to live up to their ethical commitment can be complex and expensive.  This seminar, produced by Fair Luxury and Levin Sources will provide attendees with actionable strategies to transform their own business and gain a competitive advantage. We want to demystify a process that can seem daunting, especially for SME jewellers. Drawing on their own multifaceted professional  experience, our expert panel will cover all steps needed to achieve an ethical supply chain: identifying a business' ethical commitment; assessing existing suppliers and policies; drafting ethical policies, taking into account the legal framework, the human and environmental impact of materials used , as well as the UN SDGs drawing customer-facting marketing and storytelling strategies to communicate ethical commitment to customers.
