Exhibitor Badges

  • Save time ahead of the show and order your exhibitor badges online!

    Exhibitor badges will be sent out via post from the 30th July 2018 and the deadline for postage is 17th August for international companies and 21st August for UK/European companies.

    Badges must be ordered for all stand personnel, including:

    • All company staff
    • Photographers booked by yourselves (they may also come in on a visitor badge but will not be allowed entry until opening of the show)
    • Any contractors working on your stand during build up and breakdown - contractors must have a CONTRACTOR badge - instructions for ordering below - they will be denied entry if they have an exhibitor badge

    For security reasons all exhibitors and contractors must supply a photo for their badge

    Instructions on how to order your badges and any contractor badges are below.

  • Exhibitor Badges

    To order your exhibitor badges please follow the instructions below:

    • Log in to your Exhibitor Portal - if you do not have these log in details then please contact Customer Services
    • Navigate to the Services Section and select the link 'Exhibitor Badging and Leads Capture'
    • This will open your exhibitor badge hub - in here please select 'Exhibitor badges'
    • Please add the mailing address that you would like all badges sent to. You cannot order badges until the address is provided.
    • Once the mailing address has been input please use the 'Create Exhibitor Badge' button to create your exhibitor badges. You will need to provide your name, job title, company name and email address. You must also upload a valid ID photo - the criteria is listed below.

    Contractor Badges

    If you plan to have any contractors come in to work on your stand during Build-up and Breakdown you must ensure that they have registered for contractor badges. Any contractor found with an exhibitor badge will be removed from the premisis. To order contractor badges please follow the below instructions:

    • Log in to your Exhibitor Portal - if you do not have these log in details then please contact Customer Services
    • Navigate to the Services Section and select the link 'Exhibitor Badging and Leads Capture'
    • This will open your exhibitor badge hub - in here please select 'Contractors'
    • You must nominate one person from each contracting company, using the 'Add a new contractor' button.You will need to input their company name and the email address of the lead person from the contracting company
    • They will then receive an email asking them to upload the information for all of their staff who will be working at the show. They must also upload a valid photo ID for each member of staff - the criteria for photos is listed below.
  • Photo Criteria

    Your valid photo ID must meet the following criteria in order to be accepted:

    • be in JPEG format
    • be less than 1MB
    • at least 300 pixels wide
    • in colour
    • clear and in focus
    • be a close-up of your full head and upper shoulders
    • contain no other objects or people
    • be facing forward and looking straight at the camera
    • you can't wear sunglasses or tinted glasses. You can wear reading glasses but your eyes must show fully through clear lenses without glare or reflections
