  • Who can attend?

    International Jewellery London is strictly a trade only event and designed for retailers, buyers and those that work or are being educated within the jewellery industry. The show is not open to the public.

  • How can I register for the show?

    Show visitors, including press and students may register via the IJL website.

  • I am a student, am I able to attend the show?

    Students are permitted entry to the show but must be on a recognised jewellery course and must state their college name on the registration form. Large groups of students are discouraged from attending the show unless split into small groups (less than five) and accompanied by a lecturer.

  • Can I bring children?

    No one under the age of 16 will be able to attend IJL unless they have obtained the prior written consent of the Organisers and may be required by the Organisers to be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Visitors with children will be responsible for their children and will be asked to put their mobile number on a wristband to be worn by the child.

  • Is the show free to attend?

    Registration is free for those who register online at www.jewellerylondon.com/register prior to the event. The admissions fee for visitors who have not registered or are unable to produce an IJL ticket/registration form on the day is £25.

  • Can I register on-site when I arrive to the show?

    Yes, you may register on arrival to the show, however, there is an on the day registration and entry free of £35.00 to do so, unless you are able to produce an item of IJL collateral.

  • When will I receive my Entry badge?

    Your PDF entry badge will be emailed to you prior to the show. You can either print your badge at home (the speediest option) or ask our staff onsite to help you print your badge when you arrive at the show.

  • Is my show registration date specific?

    Registration for the show is non-date specific. Once you have registered and have printed your entry ticket/received your entry badge you are able to attend the show on any of the show open days and as many times as you wish.

  • Where does my visitor e-ticket/entry badge allow me access to?

    Trade Visitor and Student badges allow you entry to the whole exhibition floor. Diamond Club members also get access to the Diamond Club Lounge and Press members are allowed entry to the Media Lounge.

  • What if I have forgotten my entry ticket/badge when I arrive at the show?

    Registration staff at the main registration desks will be able to find you by company name/surname on our database to print your entry badge. You will be asked to provide photographic ID and if you can, provide proof of company name or surname via business card or confirmation email etc. Entry to the show without entry ticket/ badge will be done at the registration staff's discretion.

  • Where does the show take place?

    No.

  • Is there a cloakroom?

  • How do I find my way around the show once I have arrived?

    On arrival to the show, pick up an IJL pocket guide which includes a floor plan and will be available to collect at the entrance.

  • Are there disabled facilities at the venue?

  • How many seminars are there?

    International Jewellery London prides itself on its comprehensive seminar content. With industry heavyweights and topical debates as well as gemological sessions – there’s something for everyone. Visit www.jewellerylondon.com/seminars to view the full programme.

  • Are seminars free to attend?

    Yes, all of the IJL seminars are free to attend.

  • Are seminars ticketed?

    No, our seminars are run on a first come, first served basis. All we advise is to arrive at the seminar in plenty of time before the start time to avoid disappointment.

  • Do I need a visa?

    Please check with your local embassy with regards to visiting the UK and whether you will require a visa.

  • I require an invitation letter to assist with my visa application. How do I apply?

    Unfortunately we cannot issue personal/individual letters of invitation for visa purposes. Once you have registered via the show website you will receive a confirmation email which may be sufficient for visa application.
