High Profile Sponsors Set To Make Their Mark At IJL 2016

IJL 2016 have announced an exciting group of new sponsors at this year’s show, ranging from brands such as Bulova watches, Clogau and UK newcomer, SOKOLOV, to LLD Diamonds, First Jewelry and Pursuit Software, together with key organisations like Houlden Jewellers and the Holts Academy. All are investing in increased visibility at the show through a range of top-line sponsorship opportunities.

Acclaimed for its innovation, craftsmanship and advanced technology in mastering the classic art of timekeeping, Bulova is sponsoring the IJL Catwalk – a focal point of the show. Clogau, the second generation family business based in Wales making its debut at IJL 2016, are sponsoring the Show Bags. For over 26 years, their growing range of jewellery has captured the hearts and imaginations of jewellery lovers from far and wide, with every piece they create containing rare Welsh gold from the Snowdonia mountains. At IJL Clogau will be presenting their new majestic, elegant collections including Debutante, the exquisite Kensington and the opulent Origins collections, together with exclusively unveiling their special edition collection for Winter 2016, the beautifully unique Nutcracker collection.

Celebrating 40 years in 2016, Houlden Jewellers are sponsoring the prestigious Diamond Club, with its VIP membership of over 400 international and UK owners, CEOs, directors and senior buyers. Working in collaboration with 30 of the top independent jewellery retailers in the UK & Ireland, Houlden provides its members with advice and support that includes networking, buying, training, marketing and business services.

This year the highly popular IJL Party on the first evening of the show is being sponsored by Catawiki, the world's fastest growing online auction house. The National Association of Jewellers is this year sponsoring the Information Point for visitors and exhibitors. The NAJ, representing the jewellery industry by promoting, protecting and providing for its members, is based in both London and Birmingham and is supported by a strong internet presence and social media. Offering targeted industry-leading professional development and training, the Association is also dedicated to inspiring consumer confidence to purchase from their members through a Code of Practice setting the highest standards of professionalism, honesty and ethical business practices.

Sponsoring IJL’s Industry Insights Seminar Theatre for the first time is Holts Academy, the UK’s number one training provider for the jewellery industry. They run courses in craftsmanship, manufacturing, technical design, retail and business skills from their schools in London and Birmingham’s iconic Jewellery Quarters. Holts exist to provide skills otherwise being lost in UK manufacturing and to grow the sector by developing the retail workforce and providing apprenticeships and career paths for the next-generation of industry specialists. As part of their sponsorship, Holts will be running a special not to be missed Media Masterclass with Claire Adler, the luxury writer and communications consultant specialising in jewellery and diamonds.
