IJL was proud to announce the new 'KickStart' initiative in 2009, launched in the Design Gallery at the show in September. This was designed to provide a commercial platform for fledgling designers. Working with industry consultant Aldyth Crowther and the BJA, KickStart presented 10 new UK designers who showcased the very latest and most innovative jewellery designs. All ten designers and companies exhibited together.
