  • Who can attend?

    International Jewellery London is strictly a trade only event and designed for retailers, buyers and those that work or are being educated within the jewellery industry. The show is not open to the public.

  • How can I register for the show?

    Show visitors, including press and students may register at www.jewellerylondon.com/register

  • I am a student, am I able to attend the show?

    Students are permitted entry to the show but must be on a recognised jewellery course and must state their college name on the registration form. Large groups of students are discouraged from attending the show unless split into small groups (less than five) and accompanied by a lecturer.

  • Can I bring children?

    Children under the age of 16 who attend IJL will be required by the Organisers to be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Visitors with children will be responsible for their children and will be asked to put their mobile number on a wristband to be worn by the child.

  • Is the show free to attend?

    Registration is free for those who register online at www.jewellerylondon.com/register prior to the event. The admissions fee for visitors who have not registered or are unable to produce an IJL ticket/registration form on the day is £25.

  • Can I register on-site when I arrive to the show?

    Yes, you may register on arrival to the show however there is an on the day registration and entry free of £25.00 to do so if you are unable to produce an item of IJL collateral.

  • When will I receive my Entry badge?

    Your entry badge will be mailed to you prior to the show. If you register very close to the show date (within 24hrs) you will be emailed a confirmation of registration with a unique badge number. Simply use this number or ask our staff onsite to help you print your badge when you arrive at the show.

  • Is my show registration date specific?

    Registration for the show is non-date specific. Once you have registered and have printed your entry ticket/received your entry badge you are able to attend the show on any of the show open days and as many times as you wish.

  • Where does my visitor e-ticket/entry badge allow me access to?

    Your entry ticket/entry badge allows you access to the whole show unless stated otherwise. For example, if your badge states ‘Press’ you will have access to the show Press Lounge.

  • What if I have forgotten my entry ticket/badge when I arrive at the show?

    Registration staff at the main registration desks will be able to find you by company name/surname on our database to print your entry badge. If you can, please provide proof of company name or surname via business card or confirmation email etc. Entry to the show without entry ticket/ badge will be done at the registration staff's discretion.

  • Is there free WIFI at the venue?

    No.

  • What date/time does the show open?

    Show opening times are as follows:

    Sunday 6 September  – 1000-1900 (Late Night Shopping Evening)

    Monday 7 September – 0900-1800

    Tuesday 8 September – 0900-1700 (Last admission 4pm)

  • Is there a cloakroom?

    The cloakroom is located at the front right hand side of the hall, as you enter the show from registration. The cloakroom is chargeable at £1 per item.

  • How do I find my way around the show once I have arrived?

    On arrival to the show, pick up an IJL pocket guide which includes a floor plan and will be available to collect at the entrance.

  • Is there an ATM?

    There are 2 ATM machines located in the foyer and one on Olympia Way opposite Kensington Olympia Station.

  • Are there disabled facilities at the venue?

  • Where can I eat?

    Dining at Olympia

    Enjoy a refreshing glass of Champagne in IJL’s stylish Champagne Bar located on the upper floor. Whether you want to unwind and relax, or refresh and re-energize, this elegant bar area provides the perfect setting.

    Take a break from buying with a cup of tea and a slice of cake in the IJL English Tea Room, located on the upper floor. There are also a number of cafés and bars around the hall, so whether you fancy a morning coffee on the go or a light snack, there is something for everyone!

    IJL Restaurant

    Come and relax in our restaurant where a choice of tasty healthy main dishes and yummy desserts are served direct to your table.  The 2 course lunch menu is £24.75 per person which includes a glass of wine and soft drink.  To avoid disappointment we recommend booking a table before you visit the show, please call Levy Restaurants on +44 (0)20 7370 8613 (Reservation telephone line is open from 0900-1700hrs). The restaurant is also open in the morning and afternoon serving a selection of hot & cold drinks, pastries and nibbles.

    English Tea Room

    Fancy a cup of tea and a sweet treat?  Then come and visit the Tea Room on the upper level and treat yourself to a selection of delicious cakes and biscuits with a wide selection of speciality teas and coffee.  Sandwiches and salads are also being served.

  • Who will be exhibiting/How many exhibitors will there be?

  • Can my company exhibit?

  • How many seminars are there?

    International Jewellery London prides itself on its comprehensive seminar content. With industry heavyweights and topical debates as well as gemological sessions – there’s something for everyone. Visit www.jewellerylondon.com/seminars to view the full programme.

  • Are seminars free to attend?

    Yes, all of the IJL seminars are free to attend.

  • Are seminars ticketed?

    No, our seminars are run on a first come, first served basis. All we advise is to arrive at the seminar in plenty of time before the start time to avoid disappointment.

  • Do I need a visa?

    Please check with your local embassy with regards to visiting the UK and whether you will require a visa.

  • I require an invitation letter to assist with my visa application. How do I apply?

    Unfortunately we cannot issue personal/individual letters of invitation for visa purposes. Once you have registered via the show website you will receive a confirmation email which may be sufficient for visa application.
