    As a part of the IJL Late Night Shopping evening on Sunday 31st August, an exclusive Charity Auction will kick off the proceedings at 5.15pm in aid of Breast Cancer Care.

    Our auctioneer for the evening will be David Doyle.

    A number of renowned designers and brands have contributed to the Charity Auction and a selection of beautiful and some unique pieces can be viewed below.

  • Lot 1

    Deakin & Francis | Sterling Silver Centipede Cufflinks

    Designed to make the wearer stand out in a crowd. These centipede cufflinks measure 3.5cm x 2cm!

    Material: Solid sterling silver.

    What's Different: This piece is one of the largest designs of cufflinks that Deakin and Francis do.

    Sarah Ho |  POP! One-Off Bracelet

    Sarah Ho recently launched the POP! Bracelet concept in stunning coloured rubber with a silver ‘popper’. With 18 colour combinations, they make the perfect accessory to match any outfit or for any occasion. The press, retailers and celebrities love them. Look out for people wearing them at the IJL trade show!

    What’s different?
    The bracelet in this auction has been designed by Sarah Ho as a one-off piece and Swarovski have generously donated their Genuine Gemstones in Blazing Red and Pink topaz and setter Simon Brown has kindly set the stones in London’s Hatton Garden.  These stones look amazing with the cherry coloured rubber and will really get noticed.

    Based on the iconic 18th century French courtesan Madame de Pompadour, the award winning Renaissance Rebel collection is sold in the Wallace Collection museum in London as well as some of the best contemporary jewellery boutiques in the UK.

    Material: 18ct. gold vermeil Renaissance Rebel Bolero Necktie with swan black enamel and a sumptuous 26 inch cord rope chain with tassels. All .925 UK hallmarked.

    What's Different: It's a unique one off 26inch statement piece. These necklaces are only otherwise available in 16-17 inches. It's a flattering statement piece which looks amazing over plain or patterned tops and the tassel's have great movement which makes it pretty sassy too!

    Sophie Harley | Leaf Earrings

    Leaf earrings as worn by Eva Green in the Bond movie Casino Royale!

    Material: Made in sterling silver with gold plated detail

    What's Different: These "special edition" earrings will have raspberry pink tourmaline & pale pink quartz briolette drop stones to represent the breast cancer charity as opposed to the red & black garnet briolette drops on the stock earrings.

    Marcia Lanyon | Freshwater Pearl Choker

    This timeless 4-row Freshwater pearl choker with a modern twist is a must have for all seasons. Fashionable natural pink coloured pearls in the desirable baroque shape display a beautiful lustre and can be worn on any occasion.

    Material: Freshwater Pearl choker with naturally pink coloured nugget pearls. They are strung on silk, onto a multi row silver gilt clasp. The shortest row measures about 15.5”, longest row reaching 19.5”, including the clasp.

    What's Different: The necklace is not sold anywhere else. It has been made exclusively from Marcia Lanyon's own stock of Freshwater Pearls.

    What's Different: The bracelet is inspired by Art Nouveau and represents a beautiful and versatile piece of jewellery you will be able to wear from day to night. This piece is not sold anywhere.

    Harriet Bedford | Sterling Silver Pierced Butterfly Fan Pendant plus the original design paintings

    A sterling silver pierced butterfly fan pendant designed and handmade by Harriet Bedford. This piece is engineered to open fully and close neatly with a clasp. This piece comes complete with an 32" sterling silver chain and gift packaging.

    Material: Sterling silver. It is less than 20mm in length when folded.

    What's Different: It's unique and especially designed for the auction. The butterfly is a design associated with Breast Cancer Care so it was important to Harriet Bedford to include it in this piece.

    Harriet commented: "The foldable fan seemed the ideal model because it gives a really beautiful display and surprise - and movement in jewellery is always wonderful. Fans are also used as both weapons and shields – and this for me symbolises the fight against illness and the need to protect its sufferers and their loved ones from all its effects, both obvious and hidden."

    BJA | Charm Bracelet

    This hand-crafted bracelet features charms created by high profile designers including: Sarah Jordan, Shaun Leane, Tomasz Donocik, Andrew Geoghegan, Linda MacDonald, and Alexander Davis. The charm bracelet itself - designed and made by Sarah Jordan has been cast by Birmingham manufacturer, Hockley Mint.

    It will also feature two charms designed by the winners of the BJA charity charm competition, Samantha Rose of September Rose and Natalie Towell of Navette. Their charms - a contemporary interpretation of a butterfly by Samantha Rose and a heart-shaped charm containing a pink tourmaline bead called ‘The Spirit Within by Natalie Towell.
